I like how you describe the process as ideas building on top of the ideas of others. The environment in which co-building is possible seems to have a great deal to do with trust: trust in the agreed upon idea, no matter how crazy; trust that contributions to that idea will be valued; and, perhaps most importantly, trust that teammates have also adopted the spirit of collaboration. I think this trust is hard to develop, but when it happens the results of the collaboration can be truly fulfilling. I feel so fortunate to have had the chance to experience this kind of collaboration with you and the rest of the team!
